Created during Covid times to help bring us together, Less is More Yoga aims to engage people in their homes, to offer a simple way to build strength and to feel some peace and joy.
I wanted to share my many years of experience as meditator, yoga professor and dancer to create a class that focuses on the flow of energy that is available to us all. With this energy as the source of strength, movement and playfulness, we can connect more deeply to ourselves and each other. Less is More Yoga meets you where you are and lets you build a practice based on your own needs.
Each session includes meditation to clear the mind, yoga asanas to strengthen the body and free dance to loosen up, express ourselves and get the energy moving!
Sessions are one hour, with time stamps that allow you to move easily through the components.
